Abstract:
This ultrasonic treatment device is provided with an oscillator array (3) comprising a plurality of ultrasonic oscillators (P1, P2, P3, P4, P5, P6) arranged in substantially the same plane and having different resonance frequency characteristics (f1, f2, f3), an electric power cable (7) for electrically connecting the ultrasonic oscillators (P1, P2, P3, P4, P5, P6) to each other in parallel and supplying an alternating voltage to the ultrasonic oscillators (P1, P2, P3, P4, P5, P6), and a voltage generating unit for temporally varying the period of the alternating voltage supplied to the electric power cable (7) and causing each of the ultrasonic oscillators (P1, P2, P3, P4, P5, P6) to oscillate.
