Abstract:
This ultrasonic treatment tool is provided with: a vibration generator 82 that generates ultrasonic vibrations; a vibration transmission member body 91 that is connected to the vibration generator 82 at the proximal end and transmits ultrasonic vibrations from the proximal end to the distal end; a support member 92 that is provided on the outer circumferential surface of the vibration transmission member body 91 and has a cylindrical shape; and a cylindrical member 6 into which the vibration transmission member body 91 is inserted and which has an inner circumferential surface in contact with the support member 92. The vibration transmission member body 91 is disposed within the cylindrical member 6 in an elastically deformed state due to an external force applied thereto.
