Abstract:
Disclosed is an ultrasonic vibration platform device for assisting in honing of an engine oil nozzle hole. The ultrasonic vibration platform device comprises a vibration platform adapter shell, a piezoelectric transducer, an ultrasonic power supply and an oil nozzle fixing member. An accommodating cavity is provided in the vibration platform adapter shell; the piezoelectric transducer is fixed in the accommodating cavity; the piezoelectric transducer comprises an auxiliary honing column, a piezoelectric ceramic piece and an electrode piece; the piezoelectric ceramic piece is fixedly connected to the electrode piece in a tightly attached manner; the piezoelectric ceramic piece is fixedly connected to the auxiliary honing column; the electrode piece is connected to the ultrasonic power supply; an engine oil nozzle can be partially placed in an oil nozzle fixing hole; the oil nozzle fixing member is fixedly connected to the auxiliary honing column; and the engine oil nozzle is pressed and fixed at the upper end of the auxiliary honing column. By means of the present invention, the oil nozzle can be driven to generate high-frequency vibration, such that, in a vibration machining process, the roughness of a hole wall of a small hole is improved and burrs are inhibited from being generated at an outlet of the small hole.
