Abstract:
An ultrasonic water metering module structure, comprising a pipe section housing portion and a metering pipeline portion. The pipe section housing portion comprises a pipe section body (201), a housing (207) provided on the pipe section body (201), and two ultrasonic transducers (203). The metering pipeline portion comprises a reduced pipe (204), an intermediate reflective sheet (205), and two end reflective sheets (206). The reduced pipe (204) is detachably provided inside the pipe section body (201). A reduced section (212) and expanded sections (211) connected to either end of the reduced section (212) are provided in the inner cavity of the reduced pipe (204). An intermediate reflective sheet mounting hole is provided on the pipe wall of the reduced section (212). The intermediate reflective sheet (205) is mounted in the intermediate reflective sheet mounting hole. Ultrasonic transducer mounting holes are provided on the pipe walls of the two expanded sections (212) and the pipe wall at corresponding positions of the pipe section body (201). End reflective sheets (206) are respectively mounted on the pipe walls of the two expanded sections (211) opposite to the intermediate reflective sheet (205) and corresponding to the ultrasonic transducer mounting holes. The ultrasonic transducers (203) are sealably mounted at the positions of the ultrasonic transducer mounting holes on the pipe section body (201). The ultrasonic transducers (203) are located inside the housing (207). The ultrasonic transducers (203), the intermediate reflective sheet (205), and the end reflective sheets (206) constitute a W-shaped sound path pipeline structure. Also disclosed is an ultrasonic water meter mounted with the ultrasonic water metering module structure.
