Abstract:
Provided are an ultrasonic wave acting method and a device, which relates to the technical field of petrochemical engineering, a mixed acting mode of parallel through-beam ultrasonic waves and pipeline reflection ultrasonic waves is used, the standing wave field effect is realized through parallel through-beam ultrasonic wave superposition, and the spreading no-dead-corner covering and unlimited extending acting effect is realized through pipeline reflection ultrasonic waves. The ultrasonic wave acting device comprises an acting area which is thin in the middle and thick at the two ends and is a dumbbell type pipeline structure, two ultrasonic transducers (6) are arranged at the two ends of the acting area, the transducers (6) are provided with coolant jackets (7). The method and device overcome the defects in the prior art, the standing wave field effect and the ultrasonic wave unlimited extending effect can be easily realized, the mixed-form ultrasonic wave acting mode is realized, the long-cycle continuous production application of the ultrasonic waves in the industrial production can be realized through the pipeline structure, implementation is easy, which is suitable for occasions of ultrasonic wave application in the petroleum and petrochemical industry.
