Abstract:
Provided is an ultrasonic welding device that can reduce vibrations and noise accompanying the moving of an anvil. An ultrasonic welder (1) is provided with: a rotating support mechanism that can, over a circle centered on a rotational axis (L1), support a continuously supplied sheet (W), and can rotate centered on the rotational axis (L1); a horn (14) and anvil (15) that are attached to the rotating support mechanism in a manner able to rotate centered on the rotational axis (L1) and that weld the sheet (W) by means of sandwiching the sheet (W) supported at the rotating support mechanism; a cam drum (3) and cam follower (23) that drive the anvil (15) in a manner so that the anvil (15) moves relative to the horn (14); a holding member main body (24a); and a motive force transmission mechanism (7) that distributes the motive force resulting from the cam (3) and cam follower (23) in a manner such that the motive force resulting from the cam (3) and cam follower (23) is transmitted as motive force in the reverse direction to the anvil (15) and a holding member main body (24a).
