Abstract:
[Problem] To provide an ultrasonic welding method for accurately bonding together two resin members, and a method for manufacturing a resin container using the ultrasonic welding method. [Solution] Provided is an ultrasonic welding method in which a first resin member (71) and a second resin member (72) are welded together by applying an ultrasonic vibration to the first resin member (71) via a horn (58) while applying a pressing force to the first resin member (71) and the second resin member (72), which have been made contact each other at to-be-welded parts (71a, 72a) thereof, by using a jig (60) that supports the second resin member (72) and the horn (58) that is disposed so as to face the jig (60) and that contacts the first resin member (71). The jig (60) is configured such that a support surface (60a) which supports the second resin member (71) is formed of an elastic body (64).
