Abstract:
Provided are an ultrasonographic device and an ultrasonographic display method which can recognize a region (a boundary) having target elasticity information. The ultrasonographic device includes: an elasticity information calculation unit (10) which calculates elasticity information containing a distortion or elasticity degree by using RF signal frame data based on a reflected echo signal received via an ultrasonic probe (1); an elastic image configuration unit (12) which constitutes an elastic image according to the elasticity information obtained by the elasticity information calculation unit (10); a tomogram constituting unit (6) which constitutes a tomogram according to the RF signal frame data; and an image display unit (15) which displays a tomogram or an elastic image. The ultrasonographic device further includes: a histogram calculation unit (111) which creates histogram data in accordance with the elasticity information and frequency; and a boundary detection unit (112) which detects a boundary of a periphery of the target region to be set according to a predetermined range of elasticity information in the histogram data. An image display unit (15) displays the boundary.
