Abstract:

An ultrasonographic device (1) includes: a transmission unit (11) as an oscillator drive means which can transmit an ultrasonic wave at a predetermined focal point position from an ultrasonic oscillator (2a); and a CPU (5) as a display region modification means which can modify a display region displayed on a monitor (8) in an ultrasonic image. The transmission unit (11) as the oscillator drive means is controlled in accordance with the modification result so as to modify the focal point position of the ultrasonic wave.
