Abstract:
An ultrasonographic device includes: an ultrasonic wave observation device (3) for creating an ultrasonogram according to an ultrasonic wave signal obtained by transmitting and receiving an ultrasonic wave to/from a biological body; a position/orientation calculation device (4) for detecting position and/or orientation of the ultrasonogram; a reference image storage unit (61) for holding reference image data; a 3D guide image creation circuit (63) for creating a 3D guide image for guiding anatomic position and/or orientation of the ultrasonogram according to the reference image data held by the reference image storage unit (61) by using the position and/or orientation detected by the position/orientation calculation device (4); and a display device (9) for displaying the 3D guide image created by the 3D guide image creation circuit (63).
