Abstract:
Provided is an ultrasound diagnostic device wherein it is possible to output an appropriate ultrasound image that has no distortions regardless of the sound speed distribution within a subject. The aforementioned problem is solved by calculating the sound speed within a subject at two or more sites and by changing the coordinates of a generated ultrasound image in accordance with the calculated sound speed.
