Abstract:
Disclosed is an ultrasound-electrode-nano-porous membrane coupled hydrogen preparation sterilization system, comprising a vessel, and a plurality of hydrogen preparation units arranged inside the vessel, wherein each of the hydrogen preparation units comprises a cavity, and a broadband ultrasonic generator and an annular hydrogen production electrode that are located inside the cavity, wherein the annular hydrogen production electrode is wrapped around the broadband ultrasonic generator; a bottom membrane of the cavity is an inner hydrophobic and outer hydrophilic membrane; and a side membrane of the cavity is an inner hydrophilic and outer hydrophobic membrane, and is vertically mounted or obliquely and upwardly mounted at 0 degrees to 45 degrees. The system has the functions of continuously and efficiently promoting a self-circulation microflow of a liquid-state system, dissolved hydrogen (shown as nanobubbles) and interface-volume phase bubble transformation, dispersion, sterilization, etc., and the hydrogen content of a prepared anti-bacterial function drink is high (3-6 ppm), wherein the diameter of the hydrogen-rich nanobubbles can be distributed between 20-1000 nm, and an unsealed state can also be maintained for 8-36 h or more. A preparation method of the present invention is simple, intelligent, and efficient, the product is high-quality, green, and healthy and fit, a large amount of hydrogen charging waste and high pressure energy consumption are avoided, processing of a secondary pollution system is prevented, and the demand of the food grade is met.
