Abstract:
The present invention relates to an ultrasound system and monitoring method for continuous monitoring of the state of the lungs, the system comprising: a small ultrasound probe that attaches to the chest; an ultrasound monitoring apparatus to which the ultrasound probe is connected; and a server connected to the ultrasound monitoring apparatus, wherein a B-line of the lungs is measured by the ultrasound probe and the ultrasound monitoring apparatus and a resulting gray scale image is transmitted to the server, and a scoring according to the gray scale image stored in the server is transmitted in real time to a monitor of the ultrasound monitoring apparatus, so as to have the effect of being able to monitor the state of the lungs of intensive care patients in real time and take measures quickly.
