Abstract:
The present invention relates to an ultrathin eco-friendly adhesive coating agent for bridge deck overlays, and a construction method using same, the ultrathin eco-friendly adhesive coating agent comprising: a base comprising a resin, 10-20 parts by weight of a cross-linking agent, 45-75 parts by weight of a filler, 5-10 parts by weight of a colored pigment and 3-8 parts by weight of an additive on the basis of 100 parts by weight of the resin, which is formed by mixing 30-60 parts by weight of a first prepolymer, 30-60 parts by weight of a second prepolymer and 6.5-9 parts by weight of a curing accelerator; and 1-5 parts by weight of a curing initiator on the basis of 100 parts by weight of the base, wherein the first prepolymer is a cyanate ester-epoxy oligomer formed by reacting 20-25 parts by weight of an epoxy acrylate and 1-5 parts by weight of a polyetheramine at 50-70°C for one hour, and then reacting 70-75 parts by weight of a cyanate-terminated epoxy prepolymer intermediate at 70-90°C for 1-2 hours, and the second prepolymer is a cyanate ester-epoxy-urethane oligomer formed by reacting 20-30 parts by weight of an isocyanate acrylate and 70-80 parts by weight of an epoxy-terminated cyanate prepolymer intermediate at 70-90°C for 2-3 hours.
