Abstract:
An ultrathin pushbutton switch comprises a base (1), a cap (2) covering the base (1), and a guiding core (3), a torsion spring (4), a conductive component (5) and a guiding core sliding block (6) respectively disposed on the base (1). A guiding column (11) protruding upwards is arranged at a central location of the base (1). A guiding hole (12) is formed at the center of the guiding column (11). The guiding core sliding block (6) is located at one side of the guiding core (3). An annular slot (31) is formed at a lower end of the guiding core (3). An insertion column (32) protruding downwards is arranged at a central section of the annular slot (31) and is inserted into the guiding hole (12) at the base (1) to insert the guiding column (11) of the base (1) into the annular slot (31). A spring (7) is sleeved around outer sides of the guiding column (11) and the insertion column (32). Slots are provided at a lower end surface of the guiding core (3) to form a plurality of guiding core protruding pieces (33) at the lower end surface of the guiding core (3). A plurality of recesses (16) are provided to insert therein the guiding core protruding pieces (33), or a plurality of holes (16') are provided to pass therethrough the guiding core protruding pieces (33). The pushbutton switch has a reasonable structure design, reduced thickness, enhanced pressing balance and stability, and enhanced button pressing feel.
