Abstract:
The embodiments of the present application relate to an ultraviolet cathode ray tube (10), which comprises: a glass shell (20), a light-emitting structure layer (40) and an electron gun (30). The glass shell (20) comprises a tubular portion (22), a fluorescent screen portion (21) and a sealing portion (23). The electron gun (30) is arranged in the tubular portion (22) and is used for emitting an electron beam to the fluorescent screen portion (21). The light-emitting structure layer (40) is arranged on the fluorescent screen portion (21), and the light-emitting structure layer (40) emits ultraviolet light under the excitation of the electron beam. The materials of the fluorescent screen portion (21), the tubular portion (22) and the sealing portion (23) are all quartz glass or sapphire crystals. The sealing portion (23) is formed after deforming one end of the tubular portion (22).
