Abstract:
The present application relates to an ultraviolet cross-linked polyphosphazene, a preparation method therefor, use thereof, a temperature measurement optical fiber having a composite coating used in low temperature and a preparation method therefor, and belongs to the technical field of optical fiber manufacturing. The preparation method for the temperature measurement optical fiber having a composite coating used in low temperature comprises the following steps: S1, dispersing the ultraviolet cross-linked polyphosphazene in a tetrahydrofuran solvent, then mixing same with an ultraviolet initiator and a polymerization aid, and sufficiently stirring and defoaming to obtain a coating solution; S2, placing the coating solution in a coating mold, passing a bare optical fiber through the coating mold to carry the coating solution, and passing same through an ultraviolet curing furnace under the protection of nitrogen; and then drying same by means of an air dry oven to form a polyphosphazene elastic coating on the surface of the bare optical fiber; and S3, passing the optical fiber having the polyphosphazene elastic coating through a secondary coating mold containing a low-melting point molten metal, and coating the metal melt on the surface of the polyphosphazene elastic coating, so as to finally obtain the temperature measurement optical fiber having a composite coating used in low temperature. The present invention is able to overcome the disadvantages of cracking and interfacial bonding force degradation of a polymer coating of a conventional optical fiber having a composite coating during metal melt coating.
