Abstract:
Provided is a resin composition for machinable liners for sliding members.
This ultraviolet curable resin composition for self-lubricating liners contains a (meth)acrylate compound represented by formula (1) and having an isocyanuric acid ring and PTFE that serves as a solid lubricant.
In the formula, X represents a group that contains an acryloyl group and is composed only of C, H and O; and each of Y and Z represents a group that is composed only of C, H and O. The content of PTFE is 10-50% by weight. This ultraviolet curable resin composition is suitable for a self-lubricating liner (24) of a spherical surface slide bearing (20) that has an outer ring (22) and an inner ring (26).
