A UV-IR absorbing composition according to the present invention contains: an absorbent which is composed of a phosphonic acid represented by formula (a) and copper ions, and which is dispersed in the UV-IR absorbing composition; a phosphoric acid ester which enables the dispersion of the absorbent; a matrix resin; and an alkoxysilane monomer.
