Abstract:
An ultraviolet irradiation device for a light emitting diode (LED) package, comprising: a sealed housing (1), an LED to be packaged (3) being arranged within the housing (1), an ultraviolet cover (4) capable of moving within the housing (1) being arranged below the LED (3); an ultraviolet light source (5), arranged below the ultraviolet cover (4); and a sealed cavity (2), communicating with the housing (1), the cavity (2) being arranged on one side of the housing (1), the cavity (2) being arranged with a first rolling unit (21) capable of transferring the LED (3), two ends of the cavity (2) being arranged with a first door (22) and a second door (23), and the cavity (2) being in communication with an air suction unit (6) and a first gas source (7). The ultraviolet irradiation device is simple in structure, and fast replacement can be achieved when the ultraviolet cover requires replacing, thereby saving plenty of time for replacing the ultraviolet cover, and facilitating improved productivity.
