Abstract:
One embodiment of the present invention provides an ultraviolet sterilizer for an air conditioner, which is installed inside an air conditioner to sterilize contaminated structures of the air conditioner, the ultraviolet sterilizer comprising: a frame unit configured to be installed so as to face the contaminated structures, having a rectangular structure including a pair of horizontal supports and a pair of vertical supports, and having guide rails installed on each inner side of the pair of vertical supports; an ultraviolet light source unit configured to be movable in a vertical direction along the guide rails, and having an ultraviolet lamp configured to emit ultraviolet light and a pair of lamp holders having a power socket structure that is detachable from both ends of the ultraviolet lamp and connected so as to be movable along the guide rails; a reflector for light amplification mounted on the pair of lamp holders so as to be located on one side of the ultraviolet lamp and having a reflective surface configured to condense the ultraviolet light emitted from the ultraviolet lamp toward the contaminated structures; and a driving unit installed on a portion of the frame unit and configured to reciprocate the ultraviolet light source unit in a vertical direction along the guide rails.
