The present invention relates to an umbrella dryer using circulating blown air, the umbrella dryer comprising: a reverse cone-shaped inner tube (10) having the top end and bottom end thereof open and multiple discharge holes (14) formed therein; an outer tube (20) spaced a predetermined distance apart from the outside of the inner tube (10) to form a gap with the inner tube (10) and having the top end and bottom end thereof connected to the inner tube (10); a blower (30) for generating blown air; an exhaust tube (32) connecting the blower (30) and the outer tube (20) in order to move the blown air generated by the blower (30) to the gap between the outer tube (20) and the inner tube (10); a rainwater storing part (40) tightly connected to the open bottom end of the inner tube (10) and having a water tank (42) inserted therein capable of being put in and taken out; an air intake tube (34) connecting the rainwater storing part (40) and the blower (30); and an umbrella inserting opening (50) disposed at the top end of the inner tube (10), having the inside thereof open to allow an umbrella to be inserted therein, and having a sensor (52) for sensing objects in order to operate the blower (30) when an umbrella is inserted.
