Abstract:
An uncaging device (1) includes an ucaging light source (3) that directs uncaging light (2) at a work area (21), uncaging light (2) is collected and focused by parabollic reflector (4) onto optical homogenizer (6), an iris (7) and shutter (8) are positioned near optical homogenizer (6), collimating lens (10) positioned near the work area (21) for collimating lens (10), an optical meter (15) positioned in afirst plane (16) that runs through the work area (21) for monitoring the uncaging light.
