Abstract:
Provided is an undercoat layer which is for an energy storage device and can be obtained from a composition including carbon nanotubes, a carbon nanotube dispersant, and a solvent, wherein when the density of the undercoat layer is 1 g/cm3, the average surface roughness Ra of the undercoat layer is 45% or more with respect to the layer thickness which can be calculated from the basis weight.
