Moreover, since the heights of the erected walls decrease gradually, it is possible to secure the sufficient flow rate of the intake air. As a result, the undercover structure 1 can cool the engine 36 efficiently, in the motorcycle traveling state.

Furthermore, the rear ends 61b, 62b, 63b, 64b extend rearward of motorcycle from the positions of the central side of the undercover 46 to the outside of the undercover 46.

In the motorcycle traveling state, the travelling air blows against the openings 61 , 62, 63, 64 of the undercover 46. Since the flow of the travelling air is stabilized in the outward of the motorcycle 10, the undercover structure 1 prevents the water or the mud from entering the vacant space 48 through the openings 61, 62, 63, 64.

Even if the mud enters into the vacant space 48, since drain holes DH, DH are provided at the undercover 46, it is possible to discharge the mud through the drain holes DH, DH. Moreover, since the undercover structure 1 can intake the traveling air, the engine 36 can be cooled by the traveling air.

Although specific embodiments of the invention have been disclosed and described as well as illustrated in the companying drawings, it is simply for the purpose of better understanding of the principle of the present invention and it is not as a limitation of the scope and spirit of the teaching of the present invention. Adaption and modification to various structures such as design or material of the invention, mounting mechanism of various parts and elements or embodiments are possible and apparent to a skilled person without departing from the scope of the present invention which is to be determined by the claims.
