Abstract:
An underground mechanical movable sieve jig comprises a tank (4), a movable sieve body (3) and a material hoisting mechanism. A height-adjustable overflow weir (5) is arranged on the movable sieve body (3). The material hoisting mechanism comprises a lump coal scraper conveyer (9) and a gangue scraper conveyer (10) that are disposed side by side. The machine tails of the conveyers (9,10) are arranged at the bottom of the tank (4), and the machine bodies are fitted so obliquely that the machine heads extend above the water surface. Baffle skirt plates (14) are arranged at two sides of each scraper conveyer. The movable sieve body (3) and two scraper conveyers are joined in transition through a gangue chute (12), a lump coal chute (11) and a sieved material chute (13). Lower outlets of the chutes are located separately in corresponding baffle skirt plates (14) at two sides of the scraper conveyers. The movable sieve jig reinforces the adaptive capacity with the underground main conveying system, and improves the discharging quality and separating efficiency.
