The present invention has: an absorbent main body (10) provided with an absorbent body (11), a skin-side nonwoven fabric (12) disposed further toward a skin side than the absorbent body (11), a non-skin-side film (14) disposed further toward a non-skin side than the absorbent body (11), and an exterior nonwoven fabric (16) disposed further toward the non-skin side than the non-skin-side film (14); and belt parts (32) for connecting end parts in a longitudinal direction of the absorbent main body (10), the belt parts (32) being disposed on both sides in a transverse direction; the belt parts (32) being joined to the absorbent main body (10) at two pairs of joints inclined downward in a vertical direction and outward in the transverse direction, the minimum value of the distance between an end on one side and the end on the other side of the belt parts (32) in the vertical direction being 50 mm to 100 mm, and a region (10uf) further upward than a top end of the non-skin-side film (14) of the absorbent main body (10) in the vertical direction having at least three layers including a layer of the skin-side nonwoven fabric (12) and a layer of the exterior nonwoven fabric (16).
