Underpants with groin-holder including underpants, a holding part, and straps, characterized by that, the holding part (2) provided with maximum two straps (6), bordered by upper edge (9), lower edge (8), and side edges (10) is fixed along the upper edge (9) of it to the internal abdominal part (5) of the waist part (3) of the man underpants (1), and there are maximum two openings (4) formed on the abdominal part (5) of the waist part (3) of the underpants (1) for leading through the strap(s) (6), and the lower edge (8) of the holding part (2) is of straight, or of a concave arch-like formation. 2. Underpants according to claim 1, characterized by that, the strap (6) is fixed to the lower edge (8) of the holding part (2). 3. Underpants according to claim 1 or 2, characterized by that, straps (6) are fixed to both side edges (10) of the holding part (2). 4. Underpants according to any of claims 1-3, characterized by that, the lower edge (8) of the holding part (2) is provided with moderate elastic webbing (7), 5. The subject of the invention is underpants with groin-holder, granting a more beneficial physiological position for the male genitals, furthermore a more beneficial biological and aesthetical effect can be ensured for the user, beside increasing libido, it can be very efficient, when used for remedial purposes.
The production of underwear, within this the production of men s underwear has become nowadays a separate niche of the industry. Resulting from the requirements of use, the producers launched products with new shape, new solutions to the market. When designing underwear, one of the most important tasks is to design the underpants in such a way, that it is comfortable, besides meeting other demands as well. Such demand is a special design of the underpants to prevent the development of certain male illnesses eg; scrotal hernia, or to use them as medical aids in case of certain illnesses already occured. A further demand from men s part is the assurance, that a proper aesthetical effect is granted, that is from psychological point of view it is beneficial for men to create the effect for the external observer as if their genitals, within them, their penis would look bigger.
In the state of the art the HU 221 550 patent description makes known a solution which serves the purpose of properly holding the male genitals ensuring longevity without the risk of developing cancer, as well as the regulation of the sex instinct and sex itself, as well as holding stockings and for remedial cure of the hernial complaints of the genitals covered by them. It is a holder of appropriate cut, needlework, lining, and padding around the pubic region, that is three-way upper and has a hole in the middle and joining the front part of the belt, positions the testicles higher than the upper edge of the penis. The flexible case of proper cutting, sewn to the said holder serves the upright holding of the penis along the body with the help of a string laced into the hem of the case, and the string can be tied to the waist. The belt of proper cutting, a type of abdomen lifter, that can be formed as a hernial pad, joining the holder covering the proper area of the pelvic zone, ensures partly the holding of the surfaces of abdominal sections with hernia or surfaces prone to hernia, covered by it, partly ensures the intactness of the body surfaces covered by the case in any position. With the help of a handle the four buckles joining the front and back of the belt makes possible the holding of stockings. Resulting from these characteristics they can be called underpants of physiotherapical nature.
The P 9202167 patent description published under No. 66131 describes men s underpants containing internal shorts. In the front of the internal shorts a string is fastened to the section above a hole, and there is a flannel insert on the covering in front of the hole and the string. The upper part of the covering is separated from the front side, and both ends of the flexible string on the upper part of the covering are fastened to the upper part of the internal shorts. The flexible string of the covering can be replaced by the flexible string of the external pants. In case of these underpants a loop is created from the string, one end of which is fastened to the upper part of the hole, and there is a fixing knot between the hole and the fastened part of the string, and the size of the loop is adjusted with the help of the fixing knot.
The solutions described above and available in practice do not make possible with a simple solution the more beneficial physiological positioning of the male genitals.
When working out the solution according to the invention we aimed to create such underpants which are suitable for ensuring the proper level of position of the external male genitals in conformity with the demands of their user.
When creating the solution according to the invention, we realized as an inventive step, that in case a holding part - provided with one or two straps, and in given case provided with moderate elastic webbing on the lower edge - is fixed directly to the internal part of the waist on the abdominal part of the underpants, and on the abdominal part of the waist part of the underpants one or two openings are formed for leading through the strap, then the set aim can be achieved.
The invention is underpants with groin-holder including underpants, a holding part j and straps. The holding part provided with maximum two straps, bordered by upper edge, lower edge, and side edges is fixed along the upper edge of it to the internal abdominal part of the waist part of the man underpants, and there are maximum two openings formed on the abdominal part of the waist part of the underpants for leading through the strap(s), and the lower edge of the holding part is of straight, or of a concave arch-like formation.
In one preferred embodiment of the underpants according to the invention the strap is fixed to the lower edge of the holding part.

In a further preferred embodiment of the underpants according to the invention the lower edge of the holding part is provided with moderate elastic webbing.
In a further preferred embodiment of the underpants according to the invention the distance between the openings formed on the waist part of the underpants is 1-4 cm, preferably 2 cm.
In a further preferred embodiment of the underpants according to the invention the holding part of the underpants is formed in a form-retentive and dimensionally stable way.

The Fig 1 shows a possible embodiment of the underpants according to the invention in perspective view with outbreak. In the figure the underpants 1 can be seen with the openings 4 formed on the abdominal part 5 of the waist part 3. The holding part 2 bordered by side edges 10, lower edge 8 and upper edge 9 is also fixed to the internal abdominal part 5 of the waist part 3 of the underpants 1, fixed to the waist part 3 along the upper edge 9 of the holding part 2. The straps 6 fixed to the holding part 2 can be also seen.
The Fig 2 shows a possible embodiment of the holding part 2 of the underpants 1 shown in the Fig 1. The holding part 2 with the lower edge 8, upper edge 9 and side edges 10 can be seen in the figure. It can be seen well in the figure, that the lower edge 8 of the holding part 2 is preferably of arch-like form matching the human body structure from an ergonomical point of view. If needed, the lower edge 8 can be provided with moderate elastic webbing 7 increasing the convenience of the use of the underpants 1. This case the straps 6 are run along the two lengthwise sides opposite the holding part 2 considerably overhanging it, and are fixed this way.
The Fig 3 shows another possible embodiment of the holding part 2 of the underpants 1 shown in the Fig 1. In the figure the holding part 2 with the lower edge 8, upper edge 9 and side edges 10 can be seen. It can be well seen in the figure that the lower edge 8 of the holding part 2 ergonomically matching the human body structure, is preferably of arch-like form. This case the strap 6 is fixed running along the lower edge 8 of the holding part 2 and is considerably overhanging it.
The Fig 4 shows the base position of the use of the underpants according to the invention in side-view, with outbreak. The underpants 1 positioned on the human body are depicted in the figure. The opening 4 and the straps 6 led through the opening 4 can be seen on the abdominal part 5 of the waist part 3 of the underpants. The holding part 2 is fixed to the internal part of the abdominal part 5 of the waist part 3 along its upper edge 9. It can be well seen in the figure, that the holding part 2 is placed, conformed in front of the male genitals, then below them in such a way, that the lower edge 8 of the holding part 2 is fitted and laid to the side of the testicles 11 closer to the human body, and the straps 6 fixed to the holding part 2 are led in front of the abdomen to the openings 4 formed in the waist part 3, through which they are led.
The Fig 5 shows an elevated position of the use of the underpants 1 according to the invention in side-view, with outbreak. The opening 4 on the abdominal part 5 of the waist part 3 of the underpants 1 can be seen in the figure, as well as the straps 6 led through the opening 4. The holding part 2 is fixed to the internal part of the abdominal part 5 of the waist part 3 along its upper edge 9. It can be well seen in the figure, that in case of application of the underpants 1, the holding part 2 is placed in front of the male genitals, then below them in such a way, that the lower edge 8 of the holding part 2 is positioned at the root of the testicles 11, and the straps 6 fixed to the holding part 2 are led in front of the abdominal part of the human body up to the openings 4 formed on the waist part 3. Having been led through the openings 4, they are positioned.
In case of a possible concrete embodiment of the solution according to the invention, first the forming of the holding part 2 takes place. The holding part 2 is preferably a rectangular, two-dimensional plane figure, bordered by lower edge 8, upper edge 9, and the side edges 10. The holding part 2 is made of similar material, than the underpants, but it must be formed in a form-retentive, dimensionally stable way. The lower edge 8 of the holding part 2 can be a straight line, preferably perpendicular to the side edges 10, but it is preferable to form it in an arch-like way to be adjusted well to the human body, in such a way, that the arc of the lower edge 8 is toward the inside of the rectangle, that is the two-dimensional plane figure bordered also by the upper edge 9 and the side edges 10 of the holding part 2 has a concave arch-like notch. In case of demand the lower edge 8 can be provided with moderate elastic webbing 7 this way increasing the convenience of the use of the underpants 1.
Following this, the fixing of the strap 6 or straps formed for the holding part 2 in the way described above takes place. The fixing of the strap 6 can take place by stitching it to the lower edge 8 of the holding part 2, in such a way, that the strap 6 considerably overhangs in both directions the length of the lower edge 8, in length according to demand.
Forming of the strap can also take place by fixing a strap 6 each to the side edges 10 of the holding part 2 considerably overhanging the length of the side edges 10 in the direction of the lower edge 8, in length according to demand.
The straps 6 can in given case form the seam of the lower edge 8 and the side edges 10, but it can be formed also in such a way, that they are fixed distinctly to the lower edge 8, or the side edges 10.
After the forming of the holding part 2, the fixing of the holding part 2 in given case to the internal waist part 3 of the abdominal part 5 of the shorts, preferably by stitching along the upper edge 9 of the holding part 2. The openings 4 are formed on the abdominal part 5 of the waist part 3, very close, 1-4 cm to each other, preferably at a distance of 2 cm, which are preferably formed by the button-hole sewing technique.
In case of a possible concrete application of the solution according to the invention, the lower edge 8 of the holding part 2 of the underpants 1 placed on the human body in the known way, is placed below the testicles 11 and the straps 6 are led through the openings 4 formed on the waist part 3. Following this, the user can adjust the suitable position and height of his external sex organs, testicles 11 by pulling the straps 6. Afterwards by fixing the straps 6 led through the openings 4, preferably by the known way, by a releasable fastening, the user positions the holding part 2.
The underpants 1 according to the invention can be formed in case of traditional underpants as well, that is from underwear rubbered at the thighs, or from shorts, or from any known underpants, eg. from bathing trunks ^ The size of the holding part 2 of the underpants 1 adjusts to the size of the underpants, or it can conform with individual requirements.
The material of the underpants 1 according to the invention is textile, primarily cotton, the material of the holding part 2 matches with the material of the underpants 1, that is textile, primarily cotton. However the holding part 2 should be formed in a form- retentive, dimensionally stable way.
The material of the strap 6 matches with the material of the underpants, but it is an important aspect to choose a non-shrinkable material for the strap, or it should be cut from the textile in such a way, that the elasticity does not show up. The width of the strap 6 is 3-10 mm, preferably 5 mm, the length is 20 cm - 50 cm, preferably 30 cm.
The underpants 1 according to the invention can be created from scratch* but it is also possible to fix the holding part 2 provided with strap 6 or straps to underpants in our possession, according to the above.
The advantage of the solution according to the invention is, that with the use of them the positioning of male genitals can be ensured according to demand.
