Abstract:
[Problem] To reduce the moment acting on fastening members in an underrun protector mounting member that is linked to the frame of a vehicle by said fastening members. [Solution] This underrun protector mounting member is provided with a contact surface portion 20 which contacts the frame of the vehicle, and multiple holes 21-25 which pass through the contact surface portion 20 and in which multiple fastening members are arranged. The multiple holes 21-25 include a pair of first holes 21A, 21B and a pair of second holes 22A, 22B which are disposed towards the side of the underrun protector with respect to the pair of first holes 21A, 21B. The distances L22 from the second holes 22A, 22B to a centroid O located in a site surrounded by the multiple holes 21-25 are shorter than the distances L21 between the first holes 21A, 21B and the centroid O.
