Abstract:
The present invention relates to a high-voltage underwater motor and a waterproof connector applied to the underwater motor. This underwater motor comprises a main motor unit (36), a power cable (37a), a cable contact (50) which is electrically connected to the power cable (37a), a cable-side insulation member (49) to which the cable contact (50) is joined in a fluid-tight manner, a motor contact (42) which is connected to the cable contact (50), a motor-side insulation member (41) to which the motor contact (42) is joined in a fluid-tight manner, and an insulating resin (93) which fills a closed space (60) formed between the cable-side insulation member (49) and the motor-side insulation member (41). The connected portions of the cable contact (50) and the motor contact (42) are covered with the resin (93).
