Abstract:
Disclosed is an underwater structure which is installed on the bottom of a body of water and supports an above-water structure provided above the water surface. The underwater structure extends from the bottom of the body of water to above the water surface and is provided with first steel support members, the interior of each of which comprises a first space. A portion of the first space is filled with a filler.
