Abstract:
Disclosed by the present application are an underwater wireless optical communication method and system, said method comprising: controlling a transmitting terminal to precode a raw electrical signal and using an optical phase modulator to perform phase modulation of light to generate an optical modulation signal; sending the optical modulation signal to a receiver by means of an underwater channel; controlling a receiving terminal to perform self-coherent demodulation of the optical modulation signal to convert the optical modulation signal into an original optical signal, and converting the original optical signal into an original electrical signal by means of an optical signal detector.
