Abstract:
An unequal-arm balance loading unit (100), a weighbridge calibration device, and a weighbridge calibration method. The unequal-arm balance loading unit comprises a lever (110), a weight mechanism (120), a loading supporting mechanism (130), a pulling balancing mechanism (140), a levelness measurement mechanism, and a first lifting mechanism (150) configured to adjust the level of the lever (110). A weight with determined mass is applied to a long arm end (1101) of the lever (110), the pulling balancing mechanism (140) applies a certain pulling force to a short arm end (1102) of the lever (110) to keep balance, and the loading supporting mechanism (130) acting as a fulcrum of the lever (110) transfers the mass of the weight at the long arm end (1101) and the equivalent mass of the pulling force applied, by the pulling balancing mechanism (140), to the short arm end (1102) to a platform surface (201) of a weighbridge. By means of the amplification function of the lever (110), during calibration, only the loading unit (100) with about one tenth or even a few tenths of the mass of a conventional weight calibration method needs to be used to complete calibration measurement of the weighbridge. The weighbridge calibration device occupies a small space, and is easy to transport and store, thereby significantly improving the calibration efficiency of the weighbridge, and reducing the calibration cost.
