Abstract:
The present invention relates to an unexcavated, variable-shape greenhouse structure whereby the height of the greenhouse structure can be adjusted without excavating the ground and the roof opened and closed in accordance with the effects of the outside air due to changes in the season and the weather such as temperature and humidity, wind, snow and rain, and it is possible to provide an optimal environment for growing animals and plants being reared inside the greenhouse structure. The unexcavated, variable-shape greenhouse structure of the present invention comprises: a lower frame which supports upper wall panels and is laid horizontally on the ground; a plurality of pillar frames which are joined to the upper part of the lower frame; and an upper frame for linking the upper parts of adjacent pillar frames. Each pillar frame comprises an outer tube of which the lower end is joined to the upper part of the lower frame, and an inner tube which is positioned inside the outer tube and of which the upper end is joined to the lower part of the upper frame; and each inner tube can slide vertically along the outer tube so as to adjust the height of the greenhouse structure. Also, an erection method for the unexcavated, variable-shape greenhouse structure of the present invention comprises the steps of: (a) providing, horizontally on the ground, the lower frame which supports the upper wall panels; (b) providing the plurality of pillar frames which are joined to the upper part of the lower frame and the upper frame for linking the upper parts of adjacent pillar frames, and providing the pillar frames comprising the outer tube of which the lower end is joined to the upper part of the lower frame and the inner tube which is positioned inside the outer tube, in such a way as to allow the height of the greenhouse structure to be adjusted as the inner tube moves along the outer tube; and (c) erecting a roof support frame which is joined to the upper part of the upper frame and supports the roof of the greenhouse structure, a roof frame which is positioned on the upper part of the roof support frame and constitutes the roof of the greenhouse structure and of which the lower end is joined by hinging to the roof support frame so as to be able to open and close, and roof panels which cover the upper part of the roof frame, and also erecting the wall panels which are positioned between adjacent pillar frames. The present invention, which is constituted as described above, can provide: an unexcavated, variable-shape greenhouse structure of which the height can be adjusted without excavating the ground; and an erection method for same. Thus, it is possible to save on the work machinery and the cost of the work required to excavate the ground and hence possible to provide a more economic variable-shape greenhouse structure and erection method for same. Also, the present invention can provide an unexcavated, variable-shape greenhouse structure entailing a simple structure and low costs with an opening and closing roof, and an erection method for same.
