Abstract:
Provided is an unfermented malt drink which has a reduced unpleasant wort flavor and yet has a beer taste. Also provided is a method for producing the same. A method for producing an unfermented beer-taste malt drink which comprises a step for reducing the unpleasant wort flavor by bringing wort into contact with an adsorbent, and an unfermented beer-taste malt drink produced by this method.
