Abstract:
The present invention discloses an unfolding mechanism of a spatial planar thin-film antenna, comprising an unfolding mechanism, and a planar thin film connected to the unfolding mechanism via a pull cable. Rigid frames hinged to each other at a head and a tail end thereof, a pair of short synchronizing rods connecting the rigid frames, a pair of connecting rods, and a pair of long synchronizing rods hinged to each other are provided on the unfolding mechanism, forming a skeleton of the unfolding mechanism. A pair of rigid frames, a pair of short synchronizing rods, and a pair of long synchronizing rods are respectively hinged via circumferential joints. The long synchronizing rods and the rigid frames are hinged via radial joints, and the short synchronizing rods and the rigid frames are hinged via radial joints. The circumferential joints and the radial joints are provided with pulleys, and a cable sequentially passes through the pulleys on the circumferential joints and the radial joints to form a closed loop. The head and tail ends of the cable are connected to a motor shaft of a satellite, and the unfolding mechanism is driven to unfold by a motor winding cable on the satellite. The mechanism folds in a two-dimensional out-of-plane folding manner, significantly increasing a storage ratio and an aperture area of the unfolded mechanism, and is better suited for application in large-scale or even ultra-large planar thin-film antennas.
