Abstract:

An actuator 100 comprising: a holder 50 having a rotation shaft 52, and a mounting surface to which a diffraction grating 1 is attached; a fixed part 20 having a bearing 21a that holds the rotation shaft 52 of the holder 50; an elastic member (plate spring 30) formed from an outer peripheral part 31 that is fixed to the fixed part 20, an inner peripheral part 32 that is fixed to the holder 50, and an elastic arm part 33 that connects the outer peripheral part 31 and the inner peripheral part 32; and a drive part having a coil 40 provided to the holder 50, and a magnet 10 provided to the fixed part 20.
