Abstract:

A unidirectional laminate preparation system and method, a unidirectional laminate, and non-woven cloth. The unidirectional laminate preparation system comprises: a preparation control sub-system (1), configured to prepare multiple single layers, wherein any of the single layers is prepared by sequentially and continuously spreading out multiple ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene films or strips, and a border between every two successively spread ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene films or strips are an adjacent area; a gluing control sub-system (2), configured to coat an adhesive on at least one surface of at least one single layer; and an adhesion control sub-system (3), configured to adhere multiple single layers together to form a unilateral laminate by using at least one surface coated with the adhesive as a neighboring surface and in a state in which adjacent areas of one single layer is staggered from adjacent areas of another adjacent single layer, multiple single layers are parallel to each other, and any two adjacent single layers partially overlap. The preparation method using the preparation system is simple and practical, and has high efficiency. The prepared unidirectional laminate and non-woven cloth has advantages such as light weight, good rigidity, and good protective property, and are widely applied.
