Abstract:
A uniflow stratified scavenging two-stroke engine, comprising a cylinder body (1), a crankcase (2), a piston (3), a main air inlet reed valve (6), a main scavenging channel pipe (9), a main scavenging channel port (10), a secondary scavenging channel pipe (12), a secondary air inlet reed valve (13), and a gas storage spiral coil (14). The main scavenging channel pipe (9) is provided in the center of the top of the piston (3). The main scavenging channel port (10) is located in the secondary scavenging channel pipe (12). The main scavenging channel pipe (9) can reciprocate in the secondary scavenging channel pipe (12), and the lower end thereof penetrates through the top of the piston (3) and communicates with fuel gas in the crankcase (2) by connection with the gas storage spiral coil (14). The secondary scavenging channel pipe (12) is located on a cylinder cover, and the lower end thereof penetrates through the cylinder cover to enter a combustion chamber. The present invention combines uniflow scavenging with stratified scavenging, thereby further improving the scavenging efficiency of the two-stroke engine.
