Abstract:
The present uninterrupted flow construction method: encloses a portion of an existing pipe with a sealing case; connects a boring machine to the sealing case without interposing a working valve between a protruding pipe section of the sealing case and the boring machine; forms a circular hole at a site of the existing pipe in the protruding pipe section using a hole saw of the boring machine; rotates the T-pipe and boring machine in the circumferential direction of the existing pipe to a position such that the protruding pipe section completely clears the hole; after the rotation, maintains a sealed state in which application of pressure from fluid inside the existing pipe on the protruding pipe section is prevented by seal packing; and in the sealed state, detaches the boring machine from the protruding pipe section.
