Abstract:
This uninterruptible power source device comprises: an inverter (4) that converts alternating current power from an alternating current power source (51) to direct current power and outputs the direct current power to a direct current bus (5); a converter (7) that converts direct current power received from the direct current bus to alternating current power and supplies the alternating current power to a load (52); a bidirectional chopper (12) that transfers direct current power between the direct current bus and a storage battery (53); a bidirectional chopper (13) that transfers direct current power between the direct current bus and a lithium ion battery (54); a control unit (16) that causes the storage battery to be charged when operations are normal and to be discharged during interruptions; and a control unit (17) that causes the lithium ion battery to be charged when the load is performing a regenerative operation and to be discharged when the load is performing a power running operation.
