Abstract:
In the present invention, a second DC power supply voltage (161) that is the result of outputting a first DC power supply voltage (160), which is the result of converting an AC power supply (1001) into direct current with an AC-DC converter circuit (1003), via a first switch (111) for PWM switching, is smoothed and fed to a load as an output DC power supply voltage (163). The first DC power supply voltage (160) is also supplied to a battery (120) via a third switch (113) for PWM switching, to charge the battery (120). A third power supply voltage (162) outputted from the battery (120) is outputted to the output side of the first switch (111) via a fourth switch (114) for PWM switching. A processor (101) transmits to a driver (102), as necessary, a control signal (130) for controlling the switching operations of the first to fourth switches (111-114), on the basis of the first and third power supply voltages (160, 162), the result of reading the output DC power supply voltage (163), and an input control signal from outside.
