Abstract:
An uninterruptable power supply device (100) for feeding DC power to a load (1A), wherein when the load (1A) is performing a power running operation, a control device (16) switches on a second switch (15) and feeds DC power to the load (1A) from a diode rectifier (12), switches off a first switch (7), and controls a converter (5) so as to suppress a harmonic current included in an AC current flowing from an AC power supply (1) to the diode rectifier (12). When the load (1A) is performing a regenerative operation, the control device (16) switches off the second switch (15), switches on the first switch (7), and controls the converter (5) so as to convert the regenerative power generated by the load (1A) into AC power.
