Abstract:
Separately from a ring body (50) in a unison ring (34) in which a drive-side arm (46) is inserted and engaged in an engaging groove (38), the unison ring (34) forming an element of a variable nozzle mechanism (24), a sliding member (52) is configured from a Ni-based alloy strengthened by composite precipitation of a γ' phase and an α phase primarily comprising Cr, the Ni-based alloy having an internal hardness of 600-700 HV after aging treatment. The sliding member (52) is assembled in an assembly hole (54) of the ring body (50), and the engaging groove (38) is formed in the sliding member (52).
