Abstract:
A pipe/filler unit capable of being used favorably for the distillation unit
of an internal heat exchanging type distillation column, an internal heat exchanging
type distillation column using it capable of cleaning the distillation unit
that is extracted, and a production method thereof. An inside regular filler
layer (2) is disposed on the inner side of a pipe (1) where heat is exchanged between
the inside and the outside of the pipe wall so as to contact the inner peripheral
surface of the pipe (1), and an outside regular filler layer (3) is disposed on
the outer side of the pipe so as to surround the pipe and closely contact the outer
peripheral surface of the pipe. The outer peripheral surface of the pipe is subjected
to close contact promoting processing in order to enhance close contacting feature
between the outer peripheral surface and the outside regular filler layer. The
pipe/filler unit is used for the distillation unit of an internal heat exchanging
type distillation column, the inner side of the pipe constituting the pipe/filler
unit is set inside of the pipe of the internal heat exchanging type distillation
column, the outer side of the pipe is set outside of the pipe of the internal heat
exchanging type distillation column, the inside regular filler layer constituting
the pipe/filler unit is used as a regular filler layer inside the pipe, and the
outside regular filler layer is used as a regular filler layer outside the pipe.
