Abstract:
In a unit type wave gear device (1), a rotation-side member (B) is relatively rotatably supported with respect to a stationary-side member (A) through a first slide bearing (8) and a second slide bearing (9), the rotation-side member being equipped with a second internal gear (4) and an output shaft (5) and the stationary-side member being equipped with a unit housing (2) and a first internal gear (3). Sliding bearing surfaces (8b, 8c) of the first slide bearing (8) and sliding bearing surfaces (9b, 9c) of the second slide bearing (9) are defined by conical surfaces centered on a center axis (1a). Compared to using roller bearings, it is possible to realize a unit type wave gear device that is advantageous from the standpoint of reducing weight and achieving a compact size. Also, since radial slide bearings without an interval adjustment function are no longer needed, it is easier to adjust the interval of the sliding surfaces.
