[Problem] To increase heat exchange efficiency. [Solution] This unit comprises: a heat pipe; and a housing that stores a motor. The housing has a flow path through which a coolant flows. The heat pipe has a portion positioned in the flow path. The heat pipe has a portion opposing a coil end of a motor stator.
