Abstract:
Disclosed is a unitized structure of an elevator steel band rope sheave assembly, comprising a spindle (10). A plurality of pulley units (20) arranged in parallel are provided on the spindle (10), and the middle portion of an outer wall of an outer ring (1) of each of the pulley units (20) has a steel band rope groove (11). A plurality of pulley units (20) are provided on the spindle (10) so as to increase the strength and the rigidity thereof. The number of pulley units (20) can be increased or decreased at will according to requirements, and each single pulley unit (20) can be independently replaced. The structure is simple and easy to maintain, thereby reducing maintenance costs.
