Abstract:
Any footwear can be easily widened, lengthened or heightened, on each milimiter of its surface, any place where required. This invention is easy to handle, because it is very simple. It consists of of two levers joined with a Torband screw and a winged nut. Between the levers there is a multidimensional cube. By moving the cube forward and backward or by rotating it, we get the desired angle between the levers. Advantages of this invention are: universality, simplicity, easy and cheap production and use. All dimensions can be changed. The joined part is used for lengthening the footwear and for tightening the winged nut. The device is easy to use. It is made of wood and its durability is not limited. Note: The torband screw must be made of stainless steel (INOX). The wood must be hard and dry.

Claims:
CLAIMS
1. Which consists of two levers ofoptimal dimensions, i. e. 2,5 x 33 cm. On one side the lever has a hole of 6 mm, the other lever has a hole of 8 mm, but under the angle of 8 degrees, aslant due to the lever angle. The levers are connected with a 6 mm x 9 cm Torban screw having a 4,5 cm thread, a 6 mm supporting plate and a winged nut, all made of stainless steel.
2. Multidimensional CUBE, Fig.
3. sized 2,5 x 3,5 x 4,5 cm, placed between the two levers. By rotating and moving the cube forward and backward, we get a desired angle between the levers. Fig. 2. The joined part is used for lengthening of the footwear. It is placed on your toes or on your big toe. Its dimensions are 2,5 x 15 cm and it is 1,2 cm deep (for the winged nut). It has two functions : lengthening and tightening.
4. 3 According to Fig. 1, it is obvious that the levers are tightened with the 6 mm x 9 cm screw and that between the levers there is a multidimensional cube 2,5 x 3,5 x 4,5. By rotating the cube and by moving it forward and backward, we get the desired angle between the levers. NOTE: The footwear must be softened and stretched slowly, so that it is not damaged. If more stretching is needed, it should be done little by little each day. The wood must be dry and hard. Dimensions of the device can be changed (to more and to less). The device is very durable, coloured and can be used throughout one's lifetime.

UNIVERSAL DEVICE FOR WIDENING, LENGTHENING AND HEIGHTENING OF FOOTWEAR 1. THE AREA TO WHICH THE SUBJECT INVENTION APPLIES The invention applies to the device used for lengthening, widening and heightening of the footwear at any place where required, i. e. on each milimeter of the footwear.

2. TECHNICAL PROBLEM-for the solution to which protection is required Over many years man has been faced with the problem of uncomfortable footwear causing blisters, corns, deformities of feet and toes etc.

This is the device which will help you solve the problem without having to leave your flat or your house. It is simple, easy to use and needed by the whole family.

3. TECHNCAL FEATURES-description and analysis of known solutions to the technical problem defined herein.

Till today, this job could be done only in a cobbler's work-shop where there was such a device. The device itself was expensive and bulky. All it could do was widen the footwear, as those old wooden lasts had been made obsolete long before (except for some special ortopaedic work-shops).

4. DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION (for the purpose of explaining the problem and the proposed solution; specifying technical innovations, compared with earlier technical features) Primary objective of the invention is to provide an easily accessible device enabling any person to adjust his/her footwear to the optimal needs of his/ (her feet and to other requirements.

Other objectives and advantages of the subject invention will partly be presented in the description which follows, and the rest will become clear through its practical use.

The dimensions have proved to be optimal, but they can be changed. The device is efficient, easily produced and used. The levers are made of wood, i. e. of splintered staves (like those used for barrels). For elasticity purpose, ideal dimensions range from 1 to 2,5 cm x 33 cm, but this is not a condition, though. On one end the levers are drilled and joined with a 3 to 6 mm x 9 cm Torband screw with winged nut, both made of stainless steel. In-between is a multidimensional wooden cube sized 2,5 x 3,5 x 4,5 cm (the size can be smaller or larger).

Figure 2. FOR LENGTHENING, a wooden joined piece is used. It is rounded, but on one side the rounding is slightly more pointed (for the toes of for children's footwear), on the other side iit is normally rounded (for the big toe). In the middle it has a whole for the screw and a groove for the winged nut. Optimal dimensions of the joined piece are: 2,5 cm x 15 cm. They can be changed as well as the colours of parts thereof. The wood should be hard and dry.

SHORT DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWING The drawing attached thereto are an integral part of the invention.

APPLICATION OF THE INVENTION The given dimensions are, of course, optimal. In this way, the invention enables production of a device which is practical, durable and useful. Its production is cost- effective. Compared to such devices of earlier date, this one involves considerable improvements.

As I said before, dimensions can be changed depending on its purpose (adult, children or even babies'footwear). The principle is always the same, but the material and dimensions can be easily changed and so can the colours of individual parts, the cube, levers etc.

In terms of duration, there are no limits, the device can be used throughout one's lifetime. The symbols illustrating the use are impressed in the levers, so no additional instructions are needed.

I hope that my device will help people suffering from incomfortable footwear problem. The device is very simple and efficient and widening/lengthening of the footwear should no longer be a problem for anyone.
