Abstract:
A universal nano blue-hue black paste, comprising the components in percentage by mass: 1-15% of a black pigment, 1-10% of a blue pigment, 1-50% of a dispersing agent, 1-5% of a coupling agent and 25-90% of an organic solvent, the sum of the mass percentage contents of all the components being 100%. The universal nano blue-hue black paste ensures both the blackness and the blue hue, has an excellent blackness as pure color and presents a very obvious blue-hue background color in aluminum powder paint, and avoids the problem of having a cyan visual effect. Meanwhile, the universal nano blue-hue black paste uses the formula design concept of no grinding resin, thus further improving the pigment concentration during a grinding process, reducing production energy consumption, being more energy-saving and environment-friendly, and improving the compatibility of color paste in different resin systems, and therefore the universal nano blue-hue black paste has very excellent universality, and is therefore compatible with solvent-type coating systems such as acrylic acid, polyester and alkyd resin and can be widely used in the field of automobile coatings. The present invention also relates to a preparation method for and the use of the universal nano blue-hue black paste.
